How do I publish my first help center article in Kora?

Updated Oct 21, 2026

Open Help Center from the sidebar and click New article (or start from the How-to guide template). Write with the block editor — type "/" to insert headings, lists, quotes, code, tables, images and videos. Set the summary and cover image in the right rail, then hit Publish. The first publish of an article costs 1 credit; every edit, unpublish, or republish afterwards is free.

Where it goes live

  • Published articles appear on your public help center immediately, newest first.

  • Readers get full-text search, helpful votes, and an optional email subscribe box.

  • Share a draft first if you want review — the 7-day link is in the editor's right rail.
