What does the Kora AI Analyst do? Ask tickets in English
Updated Oct 21, 2026
The AI Analyst turns plain-English questions into answers about your own ticket data: volume trends, category breakdowns, priority mixes, resolution performance, busiest reporters. It shows its work — the generated query and result table are visible — and answers cost 1 credit each, charged only when an answer is successfully produced. Follow-up questions keep the conversation context.
Try asking
"How many tickets did we get per week this month?"
"Which categories have the most open tickets?"
"Who reports the most Critical tickets?"
The Analyst is read-only — it can answer questions about tickets, never create or change them.
How it stays safe
Every question becomes one read-only SELECT query scoped to your workspace, so it can read but never change data.
Results are capped at 1,000 rows.
It remembers your last 10 questions and answers, so follow-ups like "and how many of those are High priority?" work.
Failed answers are free: you are charged 1 credit only for a successful answer.
Common questions
Who can use the AI Analyst?
Owners, admins and managers.
Does it draw charts?
No. It answers in plain text and tables and shows the SQL it ran, with a "Based on data from" month citation.
What can it answer about?
Tickets, comments, attachments, members and activity logs. It does not read SLA, help center, portal or credits data.
