How am I billed for storage in Kora? 2 credits per 2 GB
Updated Oct 21, 2026
All the bytes you store — ticket attachments, comment attachments, and help-center images and uploaded videos — count toward one number. Storage bills once per calendar month at 2 credits per 2 GB block, rounded up: 1 MB of usage bills one block, 2.1 GB bills two. Workspaces with zero stored files never bill. The charge lands automatically during the month's first hour after usage appears; if the wallet is short it retries hourly.
Keeping it small
Embed videos from YouTube, Vimeo or Loom instead of uploading — embeds store nothing.
Per-file size limits are configurable per workspace (default 100 MB).
Current usage is always visible in Settings → Billing.
A worked example
A workspace that stores 2.1 GB of attachments is billed two blocks, which is 4 credits for the month ($0.40). A workspace with 1 MB of files is billed one block, 2 credits. A workspace with no stored files is never billed.
