Create a workspace from the Sign up button on usekora.app: sign in with Google or an email link, choose a workspace name, and you land in the dashboard ready for your first ticket. No credit card — you start with 1,100 free credits.
Steps
Open usekora.app and click Sign up. Use Google sign-in or an email sign-in link (no password to manage).
Name your workspace — this becomes the default name of your help center too.
Pick a ticket workflow: claim-based (anyone grabs tickets) or assignment-based (tickets are assigned).
Choose starter categories (or add your own) and decide whether AI may create new categories as it structures tickets.
What you get immediately
1,100 signup credits — claim them from the popups on your first dashboard visit.
A public API key and webhooks (Settings → API Access).
A help center at /p/helpcenter/your-workspace-id — claim a custom link any time.
Common questions
Do I need a credit card or a password?
No card and no password. You sign in with Google or an emailed link, and new workspaces start with 1,100 free credits.
Can I change the workflow or categories later?
Yes. The ticket workflow is in Settings → Ticket Workflow and categories are in Settings → Categories, so nothing you pick during setup is permanent.
How long does setup take?
About two minutes: name the workspace, pick a workflow, choose starter categories, then paste your first ticket.
