How do I brand my Kora help center? Colors, fonts, themes

Updated Oct 21, 2026

Your help center looks great in its default monochrome theme — black on white, white on black, with a light/dark/system toggle that follows the reader's preference. To make it yours, Help Center → Settings → Branding lets you set an accent color, independent text and background colors for the light and dark themes, and separate fonts for titles and body text from a curated list. Leave any field empty to keep the default. Changes apply on the live site immediately.

Also yours to set

  • Help center title and one-line intro (your workspace logo shows automatically).

  • Meta title and description for search results.

  • A public/private switch — private centers are reachable only by exact link and stay out of search.

Common questions

Does it support dark mode?

Yes. The help center has a light, dark and system toggle that follows each reader, and you can set text and background colors separately for the light and dark themes.

Can I keep the help center private?

Yes. A private help center is reachable only by its exact link and stays out of search results.

Does branding cost credits?

No. Branding, analytics, search, votes and subscriptions are free. Only publishing an article costs 1 credit, once.
