How do I embed the Kora ticket form on my website?

Updated Oct 21, 2026

The Kora widget puts a support form on any website in two steps. First create an embedded session (POST /public/v1/sessions with your workspace's API key — this issues a scoped session token). Then add the widget script and point it at that session. Four layouts: popup launcher bubble, always-visible sidebox, inline panel, or a full-page redirect. Colors, theme, and font pass through to the form so it matches your site.

Snippet

<script src="https://usekora.app/widget.js" async></script>
<script>
  window.kora = { formKey: 'f_YOUR_SESSION', mode: 'popup', color: '#3b82f6' };
</script>

Tickets created through the widget cost the standard 1 credit and flow into the same inbox with the same AI structuring, SLA clocks, and automation as every other channel.
