How do I invite my team to Kora? Unlimited free seats

Open Team from the dashboard sidebar and click Invite. Enter the teammate's email, pick a role, and they receive an invite email. Seats are free — invite your whole team, including people who only need to read.
Roles at a glance
Owner — full control, billing, danger-zone actions.
Admin — everything except workspace deletion; manages settings and API keys.
Manager — works tickets, runs automations, publishes help center articles.
Operations — handles tickets and sees their own uploads.
Agent — handles tickets assigned to them.
Viewer — read-only access for stakeholders.
Roles can be changed or revoked any time. Invites can be resent from the same screen.
