What do I get with my 1,100 signup credits?

Updated Oct 21, 2026

Every new workspace can claim two one-time credit grants from popups on the dashboard: 1,000 promo credits that expire 30 days after claiming, and 100 base credits that last 10 years. Both are claimed with a single click — look for the prompts when you first land on the dashboard, or find them in Billing until claimed.

How spending works

  • Credits always spend from the earliest-expiring grant first, so your 30-day promo credits are used before long-lived ones.

  • 1,100 credits cover roughly 1,000 tickets plus AI answers along the way — plenty to run a real evaluation.

When you need more

Top up any time from Billing (from $5). Your first recharge comes with 30% bonus credits. Purchased credits last 10 years, and the wallet can overdraft to −10 so an inbound ticket never bounces mid-work.

How to claim them

On your first visit to the dashboard, two popups offer the credits. Click claim on each. There is no card to enter and nothing to approve. If you close a popup, the offer is still there on your next visit.

Common questions

When does the 30-day clock start?

The 1,000 promo credits expire 30 days after you claim them, not after you sign up. The 100 base credits last 10 years.

Do I need a credit card?

No. Signup credits are free and need no card. Add credits later from $5 when you need more.

What do the credits cover?

Each ticket created costs 1 credit and each AI Analyst answer costs 1 credit. AI ticket structuring, members, SLA tracking and automation are free.
