What do Kora help center article analytics tell me?

Updated Oct 21, 2026

Help Center → Analytics shows how your content performs: total and daily visitors and pageviews (7/30/90-day or all-time), which sites send readers (referrers), your most-viewed articles with their helpful-vote ratios, and every search performed on your help center. Zero-result searches are highlighted — they are the highest-signal list of articles you should write next.

Privacy note

Visitor identity is a random ID stored in each reader's browser, hashed with a server-side salt before storage — Kora never keeps reader IP addresses, and no cross-site tracking exists anywhere in the product.
