Build on Kora, not around it
Create tickets, read data and connect your own systems through a public REST API with key authentication and generous daily limits.
curl https://api.usekora.app/public/v1/tickets \-H "X-Workspace-ID: <your workspace ID>" \-H "X-Secret-Key: <your secret key>"
{ "success": true,"tickets": [ { "id": 14, "title": "…", "status": "Open" } ] }
Two headers, no OAuth dance
Send your workspace ID and secret key with each request. Secrets are stored hashed, so Kora cannot show a lost secret again, only replace it.
- X-Workspace-ID and X-Secret-Key
- Secrets stored hashed
- More than 20 endpoints
curl https://api.usekora.app/public/v1/tickets \-H "X-Workspace-ID: <your workspace ID>" \-H "X-Secret-Key: <your secret key>"
{ "success": true,"tickets": [ { "id": 14, "title": "…", "status": "Open" } ] }
Usage you can predict
API usage is 1 credit ($0.10) per 400 responses. A funded wallet allows 50,000 requests a day, an empty wallet 5,000, and reads are not blocked for credits, though the daily cap still applies.
- 1 credit per 400 responses
- 50,000 requests a day funded
- Reads are not blocked for credits; the daily cap applies
- 100 tickets$10
- 500 tickets$50
- 1,000 tickets$100
Members are unlimited and free, so the bill follows tickets only.
Pairs with webhooks and the forms widget
Pull data in with the API and push events out with signed webhooks. Collect customer requests with the forms widget and handle them in Kora.
- 10 webhook events
- 2 KB forms widget
- Embedded sessions for your own team
