Solutions for teams
Every team, one workspace
Support, IT, finance and product all raise and track requests in Kora. Nobody is counted as a seat, so the whole company can be in.
- Billing question from a customer
- Bug report: upload fails
- Access request for a new starter
- Laptop battery replacement
- Payment query on an invoice
- Reimbursement for travel
- Feature request: dark mode
- Bug: filter resets on reload
Everyone is in, nobody is a seat
Most helpdesks bill per agent, so companies keep other departments out to save licences. Kora has no seats, so everyone who raises or handles a request can have an account.

Members are unlimited and free. Typical use shown, not a permissions list.
Each team works its own queue
Categories keep finance questions out of the IT list, and the other way round. Claim-based work lets agents pick up from a shared queue, and assignment-based work lets a lead decide.

One view for everyone who leads
Owners and managers see requests across the company in one dashboard, and can ask the AI Analyst a question in plain English instead of merging spreadsheets from four tools.
- Team analytics dashboard
- AI Analyst: 1 credit per answer
- CSV export for owners, admins and managers

SLA targets
| Priority | First response | Resolution |
|---|---|---|
| Critical | 1 hour | 1 day |
| High | 4 hours | 2 days |
| Medium | 1 day | 5 days |
| Low | 2 days | 10 days |
SLA targets pause while a ticket waits on the customer. Breach alerts go out by email and webhook after a target is breached.
What Kora does not do yet
- Email-to-ticket: planned
- Native Slack integration: planned
- Live chat: planned
- Single sign-on for the customer portal: planned
- Kora does not replace HR, accounting or asset systems. It tracks requests and issues.
Common questions
Can the whole company use one workspace?
Yes. Members are unlimited and free, and categories plus six roles keep each team's work separate.
How does cost scale with many users?
It does not scale with users. You pay $0.10 for each ticket created, whatever the number of people.
Do employees need accounts?
People who handle or raise tickets sign in with Google or an emailed link, and Operations members raise requests. Your external customers use the customer portal instead.
Can some people only view tickets?
Yes. The Viewer role is read only.
How do teams keep their work apart?
With categories and roles. Each team works its own categories, and leaders see all of them.
Why one tool for every department?
One workspace gives leaders a single view and avoids paying per seat for several separate tools.
Does it replace HR or accounting systems?
No. Kora tracks requests and issues. It does not replace systems of record.
