Kora

Solutions for teams

Keep customers happy while you grow

As volume rises, requests from new customers need an owner and a clear trail. Kora keeps that organised without adding a licence for every hire.

Quick answer
Kora helps growing businesses and customer success teams track onboarding questions, requests and feedback as tickets with an owner and a status. A branded portal lets customers follow their own requests. Members are unlimited and you pay $0.10 per ticket, so cost follows volume and not headcount.

Onboarding questions with an owner

Every new customer request becomes a ticket with an owner, SLA targets and a clear status, so nothing slips while the team is busy.

  • Claim-based or assignment-based work
  • SLA targets by priority
  • Breach alerts by email and webhook

Spot what keeps coming back

Ask the AI Analyst which categories recur, then write the help article that removes them. Owners, admins and managers can export tickets to CSV.

Common questions

Is Kora a CRM?

No. Kora tracks requests and issues. It does not manage sales pipelines or contacts.

How does pricing change as we grow?

It follows tickets created at $0.10 each. Hiring more people does not change it.

Can customers see their own requests?

Yes, in the customer portal.

Can I find recurring issues?

Yes. Owners, admins and managers can ask the AI Analyst, for example which categories are most common.

How quickly can we start?

Most teams can sign in, create a workspace and make a first ticket within minutes. There is no card and no sales call.

Is per-seat ever cheaper?

At very high ticket volume it can be. For 10 agents at $19 each the break-even is about 1,900 tickets a month. The cost calculator shows it for your own numbers.
