Embedded sessions show Kora's workspace to a signed-in workspace member inside your own product. Your server creates an expiring link with your API key, valid from 5 minutes to 24 hours. A separate forms widget, about 2 KB, collects customer requests as a popup, side box, inline form or full page.

What is an embedded session?

A link, created by your server with your API key, that opens Kora's workspace as an active workspace member inside your product.

How long does a session last?

You choose between 5 minutes and 24 hours. The default is 8 hours.

Who does a session open Kora as?

An existing, active member of the workspace, identified by email.

How do customers send requests?

With the forms widget, about 2 KB, as a popup, side box, inline form or full page.

Do embeds cost credits?
