Quick answer
Kora works as an internal IT helpdesk where employees raise requests and technicians claim or are assigned them. You get categories, four priorities, SLA tracking and automation rules. Members are unlimited and free, and you pay $0.10 for each ticket created.

A queue that matches IT work

Build categories such as access, hardware and software, then let technicians claim from a shared queue or have a lead assign each ticket.

  • Claim-based, assignment-based or auto-claim
  • Low to Critical priorities
  • Owners, admins and managers can merge duplicates and bulk update

    Response targets with breach alerts

Set targets by priority and category, with business-hours calendars. When a target is breached, Kora sends an email and a webhook.

    • Targets pause while waiting on the requester
    • ticket.sla_breach webhook for your own tooling
    • See targets and breaches on each ticket

    A record on every ticket

Comments, attachments and an activity log show what changed and who changed it. Automation rules handle routine moves such as reminders and status changes.

    • 12 automation triggers, including time-based ones
    • Dry run before a rule goes live
    • Internal notes stay internal
