Ticketing that stays simple as you grow
Every request becomes a numbered ticket with an owner, a priority and a clear status. You pay $0.10 per ticket created, never per seat.

Every request has a number and a place
Tickets get sequential numbers, so a request is easy to find and quote. Categories come from a managed list, with Other always available, and priority runs from Low to Critical.

The whole conversation on the ticket
Comments, attachments and reactions stay with the ticket, and an activity log records what changed and who changed it. Internal notes stay internal.
- Eight statuses from Open to Reopened
- Attachments and reactions
- Activity log on every ticket
